To provide internship opportunities (Wellbore project): Avanti currently hosts three young professionals in its internship and graduate trainee programs. In Finance Department, we have an intern from Makerere University, who is gaining hands-on experience in financial management and analysis. Under Engineering Department there is an intern from Mbarara University, who is involved in various engineering projects and technical operations.
Additionally, there is a graduate trainee from Nkozi University, who is actively participating in HR functions, learning about recruitment, employee relations, and talent management. These initiatives reflect Avanti’s dedication to nurturing the next generation of professionals by providing them with practical experience.
